Do not start with an all-in-one system
Trying to digitise everything at once usually ends in a stalled project. Pick one clear process — orders, inventory or appointments — and digitise it until it is stable.
Measure before and after
Record time spent and error rates before rollout, then compare a month later. Those numbers are what convince management to extend the project to other departments.
Prepare your team
Every successful system needs an internal owner and short team training. Tools alone do not change how people work.
