Data we collect
We collect only what you provide or what the service needs: your idea description, name, email address, phone number, organisation if you mention it, files you upload with the request, and basic technical session data for security.
How we use data
We use your data to review the request and build the prototype, to contact you by SMS and email about request status, delivery date and the preview link, and to improve service quality internally.
Messages and notifications
By submitting a request you agree to receive operational messages about it by phone and email. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and you can ask to stop non-essential messages at any time.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and never share it for advertising. Some data is processed by operational service providers for hosting, database, email and SMS delivery, strictly as needed to run the service.
Data retention
We keep request data and attachments while the account or request is active, or for as long as needed for operational or legal purposes. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Security
We apply database-level access controls, store attachments in a private, non-public space, and share prototypes through a limited private preview link. No transmission or storage method is absolutely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
Ownership of your idea
Your idea and content remain yours. We do not publish your project in our work or case studies without your permission.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent to be contacted, and ask how your data is processed. We respond to requests as soon as possible.

We may update this policy as the service or requirements change; the last update date is shown at the top of this page.
