Terms of Use

Last updated: 06/08/2026

These terms explain the rules for using the Tjara Tech platform and requesting prototypes. By using the platform you agree to them.

Acceptance of terms

By using the platform or submitting an idea request you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

The platform lets you submit an idea or problem for review by the Tjara Tech team. Once a request is approved we build a free interactive prototype within up to 7 working days from the official start date.

Scope of the free service

The prototype is an early interactive concept with sample data to present the idea, not a production-ready system. It excludes live integrations, payment gateways and long-term hosting, and includes one light revision round by default.

Review and approval

Not all requests are approved. Each request is reviewed for idea clarity, completeness and available capacity. We may decline a request, place it on a waiting list, or ask for more information.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to own or be authorised to use the content and files you upload, and to reply to the team within a reasonable time so delivery is not delayed.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to send harmful or abusive content or content infringing others' rights, or to attempt unauthorised access to or disruption of our systems.

Intellectual property

Your idea and content remain yours. The prototype files, code and design assets we produce remain the property of Tjara Tech until a full implementation or transfer of ownership is agreed in writing.

Preview links

Your preview link is private and time-limited. It may not be shared for commercial use or republished as a finished product, and we may deactivate it after the stated period.

Limitation of liability

The free service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or reliance on the prototype.

Termination

We may suspend or end any request or account for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. You may ask to cancel your request or delete your data at any time.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as the service changes; the last update date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Libya. Any dispute is resolved amicably where possible before referral to the competent authorities.

Questions about these terms

For any question about these terms or the service scope, contact the Tjara Tech team.
