Yes. The prototype is free once your request is reviewed and approved, within the published scope and the weekly availability.

When do the seven days start?

After the request is approved, all required information is complete and an official start date is set. Only working days are counted.

Are all requests approved?

No. Each request is reviewed for idea clarity, completeness and available capacity. We may ask for more details or place the request on a waiting list.

Is the prototype a production-ready system?

No. It is an early interactive concept with sample data to present the idea, not a final operational system.

How do I receive the prototype?

We send a private preview link by SMS and email, active for a limited period.

Can I request changes?

Yes. The free service includes one light revision round by default; anything beyond that is discussed as part of a full implementation.

Who owns the prototype and the content?

Your idea and content remain fully yours. The prototype files and code stay with Tjara Tech until a full implementation is agreed.

How do you handle my data privacy?

Yes. We work with clients across Libya and abroad, and every stage is handled remotely.
